Regarding the specific rules of this adjustment, OpenAI clearly outlined the restrictions: existing users of the 200-dollar plan who choose to cancel their subscription or downgrade will not be able to repurchase this plan after the current billing cycle ends. This restriction will continue until the official announces the end of the suspension.
