JD.com officially launched the Jingmai AI Business Center, driven by artificial intelligence to create a new merchant business system integrating AI tools, expert services, and intelligent management. It has fully opened 22 core AI tools to merchants, promoting the intelligent upgrade of e-commerce operations throughout the entire supply chain.
According to a relevant person in charge of Jingmai by JD.com, the Jingmai AI Business Center is not simply a collection of single-point tools such as AI copywriting or graphic design. Instead, it is a comprehensive AI business platform for merchants, built based on technologies such as multi-Agent collaboration, A2A intelligent connection, and natural language interaction. It helps merchants cover the complete business process from business diagnosis, strategy formulation to execution management.
Currently, the first phase of functions of the Jingmai AI Business Center has been fully launched. The 22 AI tools cover more than 100 daily operational scenarios and can solve over 50 frequent business issues for merchants, covering key areas such as product management, customer service, marketing promotion, and store operations. It realizes a complete business cycle from intelligent analysis to automated execution.
At the same time, JD.com launched the "Jingmai Merchant Third-Party Tool Recruitment Notice," opening up the Jingmai million-level merchant traffic entrance, application scenario interfaces, and technical foundation to the industry. This aims to attract more third-party software developers to participate in ecosystem construction, providing AI solutions that better meet the needs of specific industries. In addition, the Jingmai AI Business Center will also open up co-construction cooperation with agency operation institutions and e-commerce training institutions, continuously accumulating excellent operational experience and optimizing AI model capabilities.
In terms of service system, the Jingmai AI Business Center integrates the resources of JD.com's self-developed expert teams and ecological partners to establish an AI expert group system. Among them, internal JD.com experts focus on four key areas: products, customer service, promotion, and marketing. Meanwhile, external professional service forces are also introduced to further enhance the ability to serve vertical industries.
As AI technology gradually penetrates e-commerce operations, platform enterprises are shifting from providing transaction infrastructure to offering intelligent business capabilities. The launch of the Jingmai AI Business Center marks that the focus of competition among e-commerce platforms is further shifting from acquiring traffic to improving operational efficiency driven by AI.
