JD.com's AI Agent is an AI intelligent agent developed in-house by JD.com. This time, it became the first e-commerce vertical partner of Tencent Yuanbao. In addition to the collaboration with Tencent Yuanbao, JD.com's AI Agent is currently also integrated with the intelligent agents of several major smartphone manufacturers through A2A mode, building a cross-platform AI shopping service network. Users can simply describe their needs in natural language to obtain product information and directly jump to the product page to complete the order, greatly simplifying the shopping process.

JD.com stated that in the future, it will work with more partners to explore diverse AI shopping scenarios. This collaboration marks the evolution of e-commerce services from traditional search-based shopping to conversational shopping, with AI intelligent agents becoming an important entry point connecting users and products, and also complementing the key piece of the e-commerce scenario for Tencent Yuanbao.
