Among them, the demand for gifts for children has grown more than three times, with stationery, toys, and digital electronics being the most popular categories. It has become a new trend for adults to buy gifts for themselves or friends on Children's Day, with demand increasing by more than 150%.

Many users often encounter practical decision-making problems when selecting gifts, such as "not knowing what to give," "not having a clear idea of the style," or "spending too much time selecting due to too many conditions." Users just need to express their thoughts, and Qwen can understand their purchasing intent and complete product filtering, comparison, and recommendations, shortening the decision-making process.

Qwen can also understand users' vague demands. For instance, if a user says, "I want to buy the old popular LEGO Friends series, there is one that is a big tree, I can't remember the name, please check which ones are available," Qwen can reason based on time and product characteristics to determine that the user might be looking for products like "LEGO Friendship Treehouse," and provide detailed product information and purchase links for each option, allowing users to make further decisions and purchases.
On May 11, Qwen was fully integrated with Taobao. Currently, Qwen can complete the entire shopping process, from understanding user needs, recommending products, placing orders, fulfilling orders, to after-sales service.
