On June 5th, at the 2026 Tencent Cloud AI Industry Application Conference, Tencent Docs announced a comprehensive upgrade and officially launched the industry's first "Human-AI Co-Editing" capability. This marks the official evolution of Tencent Docs from a tool exclusively for human use to a new generation content platform where humans and AI work together.

According to the report, by leveraging the newly launched "Human-AI Co-Editing" capability, Tencent Docs has natively adopted the unified Agent kernel of WorkBuddy, combined with its self-developed high-performance editing engine and professional Skills. The AI enters the editor as a colleague, enjoying the same operational authority and context awareness as the user. Both can collaborate in real-time on the same document: users build the framework, while the AI continues to fill in text, clean up complex data, generate visual charts, and fully beautify PPTs. It can automatically resolve conflicts caused by dual editing based on advanced algorithms, making all operations traceable step by step.

Currently, the enterprise version of Tencent Docs has achieved full AI integration and serves as the core native component of the latest released "Efficiency Intelligent Agent Suite," deeply embedded into the full-scene AI workstation WorkBuddy. As the central scheduler for various Agents, WorkBuddy supports Tencent Docs as the context base for reading existing assets, and will further enable asset interoperability through the OneID system and Tencent Cloud Disk in the future.

In addition, it opens more than 100 interfaces through two channels: Skill (MCP protocol) and OpenAPI. With its recent inclusion in the CSIG department, the underlying support comes from the computing power of Tencent Hunyuan large model, and it has successfully established a positive feedback loop between model and product co-design. This upgrade reshapes the original editing paradigm and is driving the industry from conversational AI to executable AI.
