The Ministry of Digital Development and Information of Singapore officially announced on Wednesday that the AI giant OpenAI will establish its first application-oriented AI laboratory overseas in Singapore. OpenAI plans to gradually expand its team in Singapore to around 200 positions over the next few years. At the same time, the company has committed to investing more than 300 million Singapore dollars in this project, equivalent to approximately 1.597 billion Chinese yuan.
