Among them, AI engineers have become the most sought-after profession in the market, with an average monthly salary of 20,804 yuan, indicating the continuous expansion of the job vacancy gap. This means that talents meeting the job requirements are extremely scarce. Additionally, AI-related positions such as algorithm engineers and AI trainers are also facing a situation of insufficient supply.

To address this issue, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, and other areas in Zhejiang have included AI-related positions in the list of urgently needed jobs, calling for increased efforts in talent cultivation and enhanced school-enterprise cooperation to improve the match between talents and jobs.
