Recently, Google has launched a revolutionary interactive image generation feature for its AI assistant Gemini. Thanks to the underlying Nano Banana technology, Gemini's visual capabilities have made a leap from "static images" to "dynamic interactive simulations." When users ask for "show me" or "help me visualize" a specific complex topic, the system will trigger a "Show Me Visualized Chart" button, generating an interactive digital simulation program.

In practical testing, this feature demonstrated strong information capacity. For example, when demonstrating the "moon orbiting the Earth," users can adjust the orbital speed in real-time with a slider and change the viewing angle; in the visualization of the "car engine working principle," users can not only change the animation playback logic but also manually disassemble and adjust the view to observe each mechanical step. Compared to traditional single images, this interactive simulation can more intuitively deconstruct complex logic and physical processes.
Although Anthropic had previously introduced a similar feature for Claude in March of this year, Gemini's new attempt has unique characteristics in terms of dynamic interactivity. However, currently, Gemini does not support saving such interactive content as Claude does. As for whether this feature will continue to be iterated, Google has not yet provided a clear response.
Currently, this new interactive visualization feature is being rolled out globally to Gemini Pro users. It is important to note that at this stage, Education and Workspace accounts are not included in the supported list. With the popularization of this technology, AI-generated content is evolving from simple visual presentation to functional interactive tools, which holds significant application value in online education, engineering simulation, and science communication fields.
