On March 19, China Obstetrics and Gynecology Network jointly with Chun Tian Women and Children released a survey covering over 500 mothers across the country. The survey shows that AI has become one of the main channels for mothers to seek health information. More than 80% of mothers are accustomed to "asking AI first" before seeing a doctor. 79% of mothers believe that some daily minor questions can be effectively answered by AI, reducing the need to visit hospitals.

The survey found that when facing health issues, the top three consultation channels for mothers are hospitals, AI assistants, and online consultation platforms. Among them, more than 90% of mothers have used AI to consult on health issues, and more than 40% consult at least once a week. Ant Afu is the most commonly used professional AI among the surveyed mothers, while Dou Bao and DeepSeek are the most frequently used general AIs. When it comes to complex medical issues such as disease analysis and medication guidance, nearly 40% of mothers stated that they trust professional health AI like Ant Afu more.

Regarding the level of AI doctors, mothers gave rational and practical evaluations. Over 40% believe that current AI is not as good as doctors but is sufficient as a reference; another 20% of mothers believe that AI has approached the level of doctors, and they can confidently ask small questions. 70% of mothers will still check AI after seeing a doctor to ensure their understanding of medical instructions is correct.

In addition to medical assistance, the emotional value of AI is also recognized. More than 70% of mothers believe AI can alleviate the anxiety of raising children, and 50% of mothers say they have avoided the "intelligent tax" in parenting products with the help of AI.
