Online gaming giant Roblox recently announced the launch of an innovative AI chat purification feature. In the past, when players sent inappropriate content, the system would simply bluntly replace it with "#" symbols. The new feature uses artificial intelligence to rewrite inappropriate expressions into polite and compliant language in real time, while striving to retain the original intent of the player's expression.
Roblox officials stated that long strings of shielding symbols not only disrupt the flow of conversation but often confuse players. Through this new mechanism, the system is no longer just "muting," but rather "polishing." For example, the rude phrase "Hurry TF up!" that was previously completely blocked is now automatically optimized into a more neutral "Hurry up!"
