Recently, the CEOs of Google DeepMind and Anthropic publicly pointed out that AI has begun to replace entry-level positions within their companies.

Google DeepMind leader Demis Hassabis revealed during an interview in Davos that 2026 may become the year when AI starts to have a substantive impact on entry-level jobs. He observed that the pace of recruitment within the company is slowing down, with the most directly affected being entry-level positions and internships.

At the same time, Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei also expressed similar concerns. Both leaders issued warnings: the exponential growth of AI may exceed society's ability to adapt within the next 1 to 5 years.
