Recently, Rilink Technology officially launched the first AI image super-enhancement system in China's industrial X-ray inspection field - UEX. Relying on its self-developed vertical visual large model and a large-scale high-quality image dataset, it has overcome long-standing bottlenecks in imaging quality, scenario adaptability, and processing efficiency of traditional algorithms, providing a new generation of intelligent inspection foundation for high-end industries such as semiconductors, new energy, and automobiles.

The core of the UEX system lies in the deep integration of deep learning and industrial X-ray imaging. It uses a deep neural network self-learning mechanism, integrating various AI image enhancement algorithms such as noise reduction, deblurring, low-light enhancement, contrast optimization, and super-resolution. It can complete full-process optimization of 1536×1536 pixel images within 15 milliseconds, with end-to-end algorithm service and software communication latency below 10 milliseconds, meeting the high-speed production line requirements.

The system has four technical advantages:

- Exceptional Clarity: Significantly improves image details and signal-to-noise ratio, making micrometer-level defects visible;

- Ultra-fast Processing: Single-frame processing takes only 15 milliseconds, greatly improving detection throughput;

- Flexible Comparison: The accompanying visualization program supports one-click comparison of enhanced and original effects;

- One-click Multi-functionality: Supports flexible combination of multiple enhancement modules in a pipeline, compatible with different devices and platforms.

In practical applications, UEX demonstrates two core values:

1. Accurate Defect Analysis: It retains key feature information while enhancing images, providing high-quality input for subsequent AI defect identification;

2. Efficient and Green Inspection: Imaging time is shortened by up to 80%, not only improving inspection efficiency but also significantly reducing the radiation dose received by products, achieving "fast, accurate, and safe" integration.

Currently, UEX has been fully deployed across Rilink Technology's entire industrial inspection platform, covering high-demand inspection scenarios such as semiconductor packaging, lithium battery electrode sheets, automotive castings, and food foreign matter detection. Its support comes from Rilink Technology's first-of-its-kind large-scale high-quality industrial X-ray image dataset in China, as well as a self-developed image quality evaluation system for industrial vision, truly achieving a closed loop of "data - model - application".
