In recent updates, Google has finally clearly informed users about the usage limits of Gemini, eliminating the previous vague descriptions about different usage levels.

Through the latest help center article, Google has clarified information about "Gemini App Limits and Upgrades for Google AI Subscribers," allowing users to better understand their usage permissions now.

According to the new regulations, free Gemini2.5Pro accounts can use up to five prompts per day, while users of the AI Pro plan can get up to 100 prompts per day, and AI Ultra users can enjoy up to 500 prompts. This change means that users will no longer face the issue of "limited access" or other ambiguous statements when using Gemini, and everyone can clearly plan their usage.

Other than the number of prompts, free account users are also limited to generating five in-depth research reports and 100 generated images per day. If users need more than 100 AI-generated images, Google offers Pro or Ultra account options, which after upgrading, allow up to 1000 images per day.
