Stability AI Launches Commercial Membership Plan with Charges for AI Model Commercial Use


OpenAI has reached an agreement with the U.S. Department of Defense, allowing its AI models to be used in classified military networks. Previously, Anthropic was banned after refusing to remove restrictions on "mass domestic surveillance" and fully autonomous weapon systems. OpenAI's move comes at a sensitive time, sparking attention on the military use of AI.
Perplexity has launched the "Perplexity Computer" agent tool, integrating 19 top AI models to enable automation of complex workflows. The tool dynamically calls different models for tasks, such as GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, etc., and supports features like file upload, online search, and code execution, marking its strategic shift from a search tool to a comprehensive computer user agent.
The ZenMux platform has added the Claude Opus 4.6 model to its free plan and offers a two-week free trial, attracting attention in the AI community. The model features significant performance improvements and supports high-capacity context processing, regarded as an important benefit for the industry.
To cope with competition in the AI field, Amazon announced a senior executive reshuffle: Roshit Prasad, the head of the AGI department, will leave, and veteran executive Peter DeSanti will take over to strengthen AI strategy deployment.
British scientists found that current AI model security tests have widespread flaws. After analyzing more than 440 benchmark tests, they discovered that almost all tests had weaknesses that could affect the validity of the conclusions. The study was conducted jointly by Oxford University and other institutions.
