Recently, the task mode of Doubao has undergone a major update, with three new features—skills, connectors, and work partners—now launched, further enhancing Doubao's collaborative office capabilities. The platform currently has more than 200 skills and connectors available, and also supports users in creating their own customized skills to build standardized workflows.
Skills allow users to accumulate personalized working methods. For example, formatting and content standards determined when writing a project weekly report can be saved as personal skills with one click, enabling repeated use every week and solidifying mature work processes. Connectors integrate Doubao with various office tools; for instance, with the Feishu connector, users can search for information and handle tasks directly within the application without repeatedly switching pages or manually uploading files.

Work partners provide professional intelligent agents across multiple fields, covering areas such as data analysis, content planning, research, and finance. Users can assemble teams based on their needs to collaborate on complex tasks. For example, when creating a data research report, intelligent agents specializing in data, research, and design can be combined to leverage their strengths and efficiently advance multi-step work processes.
The three features can be used individually or freely combined. Users can retain work standards through skills, retrieve external information using connectors, and collaborate with intelligent agents from different fields to complete tasks.
Open the side panel of Doubao's desktop version and click on "Skills · Connectors · Partners" to experience it. This update marks Doubao's transformation from a conversational assistant to an intelligent office platform, effectively simplifying complex workflows and helping to improve the quality and efficiency of office work.
