Recently, the highly anticipated AI programming star Lovable in Europe has officially confirmed a new round of substantial financing. The company successfully secured 40 million USD in its latest Series C funding round, with its overall valuation significantly rising to 13.3 billion USD. This round was co-led by Menlo Ventures and Scaleup Europe Fund, and attracted more than ten investment institutions.
Previously, Lovable had completed a 330 million USD financing in December of last year, with an estimated valuation of around 6.6 billion USD. The rapid growth of its business has been the core driver behind its valuation doubling quickly. Officially, as of June this year, the company's annual recurring revenue (ARR) has officially surpassed 500 million USD.
With the rapid expansion of its business scale, Lovable's platform ecosystem has also undergone a comprehensive upgrade. Currently, the platform hosts about 60 million projects and attracts up to 900 million visits per month. To support the massive backend demand, the company has not only integrated various cutting-edge large models but also launched its own AI model trained in-house. In June this year, Lovable entered into a multi-year deep partnership with Google Cloud, and its computing power and service usage volume have increased fivefold.
In addition to its vigorous business development, Lovable has also begun actively contributing to the local AI ecosystem in Europe. For example, the company recently invested in the Danish startup Atech, supporting the development of AI programming software specifically designed for designing tech hardware. With the influx of new funds and the continuous expansion of its ecosystem, Lovable is accelerating its efforts to solidify its leading position in the global AI-assisted development field.
