Tencent's Hy3 large model free trial activity has been extended. Tencent stated that after the originally scheduled two-week free trial period for Hy3 was about to end, it received a large number of user feedbacks requesting to continue using the service. Therefore, the company decided to extend the free trial period for WorkBuddy and CodeBuddy users, and the activity will continue until August 5th.
This extension mainly covers users of Tencent's AI office and programming related products. Developers and enterprise users can continue to experience the intelligent assistance capabilities provided by the Hy3 model. Previously, Hy3 attracted users through the free trial activity to test its application effects in code generation, development assistance, and workflow scenarios.
As AI large models gradually evolve from general Q&A to specialized productivity tools, code generation and smart office scenarios have become important areas of competition. By extending the free trial period, Tencent hopes to further expand the usage scale of Hy3 in real business environments and collect user feedback to improve the model's capabilities.
From an industry perspective, large model manufacturers are lowering the user experience threshold through free trials and developer programs, accelerating the deployment of models in high-frequency scenarios such as office work and programming.
