Singapore-based video generation startup PixVerse announced on July 13, 2026, that it has completed its Series C funding round, raising a total of $439 million, with the company's valuation surging above $2 billion. The funding round was led by several well-known institutions, including Alibaba, Lollapalooza Capital, and Lion X Ventures, the venture capital arm of OCBC Bank. Previously, PixVerse had also completed an initial Series C round led by CDH Investments in March of the same year.

The newly injected funds will be mainly used to expand its global model services, recruit research and market personnel, and accelerate the global expansion of its enterprise-level business.

PixVerse was founded in 2023 by Wang Changhu, a former computer vision expert at ByteDance, and Xie Jiedeng, a former executive director at LightSpeed Venture Partners. With its unique AI data annotation technology and core visual understanding advantages, the company has built a diverse product matrix, including consumer-oriented V-series video models, C-series for professional workflows, and R-series world models for game development, supporting the generation of videos with up to 4K resolution and audio. Currently, its consumer-level products have exceeded 150 million registered users.
