The official announcement revealed that after the Hy3 model was officially launched on the WorkBuddy platform, it received a large number of users for trial use. Starting from 10 AM on July 8th, the platform's computing power resources reached a peak, and users experienced queuing waiting phenomena. During the afternoon period, the proportion of model calls in queue once exceeded 50%, and the service load pressure increased sharply. In response to the performance issues caused by the sudden surge in traffic, the project team immediately coordinated and allocated available computing power resources for expansion and configuration work. The expansion operation has now been fully implemented and can normally handle user Hy3 model call demands.
The official also opened a user experience feedback channel, welcoming users to continue testing and submitting optimization suggestions. According to the information, Tencent Hunyuan Hy3 was officially released on July 6th, and was first introduced and open-tested by the office intelligent agent tool WorkBuddy, while also launching a two-week free trial activity.
This model focuses on upgrading the capabilities of Agent intelligence and productivity scenarios. It significantly improves efficiency in office tasks such as document processing, PPT generation, code writing, and process automation. The task completion success rate has increased from 72% in the previous preview version to 90%, and the average time per task has been reduced by 34%.
