At the main forum of the Mobile Cloud Conference held on May 8, 2026, China Mobile officially launched the Mobile Model Management Platform (MoMA). The platform aims to popularize artificial intelligence technology across all industries by integrating more than 300 mainstream AI models, enabling the widespread application of intelligent services.

The MoMA platform has built a model service system featuring "one-time access, intelligent selection, universal availability, and secure trust," significantly lowering the threshold for AI applications. Users need only access the platform once through a unified API gateway to use all model resources on the platform. Currently, MoMA has integrated multiple outstanding models, including China Mobile's self-developed "Jiu Tian" large model. These models cover capabilities such as text generation, speech processing, and multimodal understanding, meeting the needs of multiple fields such as government affairs, finance, industry, healthcare, and education.

To optimize user experience, MoMA has pioneered an intelligent routing engine that automatically analyzes user needs and flexibly switches between the most suitable models based on three strategies: "cost priority," "effect priority," and "balance priority." In case of timeout or failure, the platform can switch within seconds to ensure uninterrupted business operations. Meanwhile, MoMA's self-developed inference engine and intelligent routing technology based on domestic computing power have successfully reduced the cost per Token by about 30% and significantly reduced resource consumption.

To ensure data security, MoMA has introduced the "Confidential Model" service, deploying the model in a secure environment to ensure that data is not leaked during the computation process. This service is particularly suitable for scenarios with high requirements for data security, such as government affairs and finance.

MoMA also emphasizes efficient token operations, achieving "pay-as-you-go" through real-time streaming billing, effectively solving the problem of resource waste in traditional package-based billing models. In addition, the platform has established a dedicated risk control mechanism to ensure clarity and transparency in each Token's usage and provides full-chain observability to monitor key indicators in real time, providing support for users' business decisions.

China Mobile stated that it will continue to improve the service quality of the MoMA platform, work with industry partners to promote the popularization and application of artificial intelligence technology, and contribute to the development of the economy and society.
