Enterprise WeChat has officially launched a new feature called "Record Video Chat," which is currently undergoing a gradual test. The main purpose of this feature is to help users record discussion content more efficiently during meetings and brainstorming sessions.

During a meeting, users can simply click the "+" button in the top right corner of Enterprise WeChat and select "Record Video Chat." The system will then use voiceprint recognition technology to automatically identify speakers and record their speech in real time. After the meeting, AI will automatically summarize the discussion content, extract key points, and @ the relevant responsible persons for action items. This way, every colleague who participated in the meeting can easily access the meeting records, ensuring information sharing.

In addition to the "Record Video Chat" feature, Enterprise WeChat version 5.0.8 also adds several other practical functions. For example, the smart table function can automatically summarize data from the WeChat ecosystem into tables, and a new AI field called "Skill Card" has been added. Meanwhile, the smart document function supports lightweight formatting, allowing users to one-click publish a "lightweight web page." In addition, the new emoji sticker feature makes quick replies more convenient, enabling users to express gratitude or confirm information simply with emojis.

This series of features marks an important step forward for Enterprise WeChat in improving office efficiency. Through intelligent technological means, enterprise users can more conveniently conduct team collaboration and information management, thereby enhancing work efficiency.
