Apple Inc. plans to deeply evolve Apple Intelligence in its upcoming iOS 27 system. According to the latest developer code, Apple is working to take "visual intelligence" to a new level, with applications extending beyond smartphones to future wearable devices such as smart glasses and camera-equipped AirPods.

The core of these updates is to make devices more "perceptive." Through visual recognition technology, iOS 27 will help users process information in the real world more efficiently, seamlessly converting physical text and images into digital assets.

Visual Intelligence Deeply Integrated into Daily Life

In terms of health management, iOS 27 will support scanning nutrition labels on food using the camera. The system will automatically parse key data such as protein and calories and sync it with the Health app, providing users with an automated experience for tracking dietary intake.

Additionally, the system will become smarter when identifying information on printed materials. In addition to existing date recognition, the new system will support directly identifying phone numbers and addresses on brochures or business cards and pop up a quick prompt to "Add to Contacts," greatly reducing the hassle of manual input.

Smart Organization of Office Workflows

For heavy web browsing users, the Safari browser will introduce intelligent tab group management. The system will automatically generate appropriate names for tab groups based on the actual content within the tabs, helping users quickly categorize and retrieve information among large volumes of data.

At the same time, Apple Wallet will also receive feature upgrades, supporting the direct generation of digital passes by scanning physical tickets or fitness membership cards. It is reported that these features are expected to be officially unveiled at the WWDC Worldwide Developers Conference in June and will be released with the new iPhone in September.
