Data shows that since January this year, traffic from AI tools has increased 7 times, and purchases driven by AI search have surged 11 times. The company emphasized its two main advantages: vast merchant data and AI integration capabilities, driving the intelligent transformation of e-commerce.

Rufus learns from Amazon's product database, user reviews, and web information to provide answers, comparisons, and suggestions for product-related inquiries. Currently, Rufus is in the testing phase, with plans to gradually expand its user base. This chatbot can answer questions about products and offer shopping advice, even suggesting questions during simple searches.
