On March 17, DingTalk officially launched the AI-native work platform "Wukong" at the "DingTalk AI 2.0 Annual New Product Launch Event 2026." The platform was announced by DingTalk's founder and CEO Chen Hang, marking the official implementation of Alibaba's strategic vision in the enterprise-level AI Agent market.

As a 24/7 AI assistant, "Wukong" supports dual-end operation on PC and mobile devices, allowing users to issue complex commands directly through DingTalk. Its core technology breaks physical office limitations, enabling continuous autonomous work around the clock, making AI Agents truly integrated into corporate workflows.

At the same time, Alibaba Group has made significant organizational adjustments. On the evening of March 16, Alibaba announced the establishment of the Alibaba Token Hub (ATH) business group, directly supervised by CEO Wu Yongming, with the core goal of "creating, delivering, and applying Tokens." The newly established "Wukong Business Unit" is positioned as a B-end AI-native work platform, aiming to deeply transform the token capabilities generated by large models into productivity. Wu Yongming pointed out that before the advent of AGI, billions of AI Agents will become the main medium for humans to interact with the digital world.

Industry analysts believe that Alibaba's move aims to build Agent capabilities beyond OpenClaw through DingTalk and plans to integrate Taobao, Alibaba Cloud, and other ecosystem services, reshaping the B-end business ecosystem.
