For university graduates, Ant Group has initiated multiple campus recruitment programs, offering diversified and multi-level business positions as well as internship and research internship positions to attract various types of young talents. Since 2016, Ant has also launched the "Ant Star" program targeting top technical talents, offering top-tier treatment and conditions to master's or doctoral graduates with outstanding academic achievements and competition performances. In 2025, Ant set up an AI talent special program based on the "Ant Star" initiative, recruiting promising new talents globally who are passionate about technology, innovative, and have excellent research capabilities. Through providing cutting-edge technical topics, high-quality technical resources, and top-tier development opportunities, it aims to cultivate the next generation of tech leaders.

The continuous increase in technical positions and investment in AI talents closely align with Ant's current strategic focus. In a recent public interview, Ant Group CEO Han Xinyi stated that Ant hopes to use AI to protect users' wealth and health, a vision summarized as the "Have Money to Spend" and "Have Life to Spend" AI strategy. During the recent Chinese New Year holiday, the "Two Flowers" strategy achieved impressive results: Alipay's "AI Pay" became the world's first AI-native payment product with over 100 million transactions and users. At the same time, the "Ant Afu" app quickly exceeded 100 million users, becoming the largest health AI application globally.

In the innovative and exploratory technical environment of the AI era, fresh graduates also have the opportunity to lead technical directions. This talent development model that breaks through the boundaries of seniority already has precedents within Ant: Zhang, who joined Ant through campus recruitment in 2016, has now become the technical director of Ant's Basic Intelligence Department, responsible for the construction of multiple intelligent systems, including the Ant Bailing large language model Ling. Related technological achievements have been published in more than 100 papers at international conferences and journals classified as CCF A/B level, such as NeurIPS, ICLR, and VLDB, and over 40 patents have been authorized. He also received the Wu Wenjun AI Technology Progress Award (2020) from the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence and the Science and Technology Progress Award (2022) from the Electronic Society.

It is understood that Ant has created a comprehensive training and course system for new graduates to help them grow quickly, and provides employees with diverse welfare policies, including housing subsidies and health care. In 2025, Ant Group was selected as one of the best employers in China for the fourth consecutive year by Forbes China. In the evaluation, Forbes China noted that Ant Group drives technological self-reliance and strength through talent, expands industrial space through technological innovation, and makes every technological iteration a new engine for high-quality employment.
