The Shanghai Cyberspace Administration has released the latest batch of announcements regarding the filing information of generative AI services. Data shows that 11 new generative AI services were filed this month in Shanghai, and so far, the total number of filed services in the city has risen to 149.

This move is not only a routine measure for Shanghai to implement the "Interim Measures for the Management of Generative AI Services," but also marks that Shanghai is leading the country in promoting AI innovation and standardized application.

In this newly added filing list, models from top research institutions have shown outstanding performance. Shanghai Innovation Institute became the "big winner" of this round, as its two models, "Qichuang-InnoSpark" and "Nex," both passed the filing. The entry of these models indicates that Shanghai is building stronger technical reserves in the development of underlying large models and vertical applications in specialized fields.

It is worth noting that this announcement further clarified regulatory details. In addition to independent models, Shanghai's Cyberspace Administration, in collaboration with relevant departments, has also carried out registration work for services that directly use the capabilities of already filed models through APIs or other means, and provide public opinion attributes or social mobilization capabilities to the public.
