Baidu, Xiaomi and Others Join Forces: National Embodied Intelligence Platform Receives 700 Million in Investment to Accelerate the Robot Industry Revolution

Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center has recently successfully completed its first round of market-oriented financing exceeding 700 million yuan, marking a high level of recognition for this national-level embodied intelligence platform in the capital market.

This large-scale financing has attracted participation from several top investment institutions, including the Beijing Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund, Yizhuang Guotou, Beijing High-Precision and High-End Technology Fund, and Huakong Fund. It also received strategic investment support from industry leaders such as Baidu, Dongtu Technology. Since its establishment in 2023, the center was jointly initiated by Jingcheng Electric, Xiaomi, Ubtech, Yizhuang Robotics, and Shoucheng Capital, and was officially granted the title of "National-Local Co-construction Embodied Intelligent Robot Innovation Center" in October 2024.

The injection of this substantial funding will further promote the center's strategic goal of building an international-class embodied intelligent robot innovation platform, accelerating the breakthroughs and industrialization of core humanoid robot technologies.
