According to information released by the Ministry of Education's "Micro-Comment on Education," this "Notice" aims to comprehensively enhance the professionalism and scientific nature of primary and secondary school examination management. Local education administrative departments will coordinate the construction of question-setting and review teams, and guide teachers in scientifically setting questions, accurately analyzing exams, and conducting diversified evaluations through the development of question-setting guidelines and structured training resources.

Notably, the Ministry emphasized that it will rely on the National Primary and Secondary School Smart Education Platform to expand the coverage of training through a combination of online and offline methods. It specifically mentioned piloting the application of artificial intelligence in key business scenarios such as question setting, test paper compilation, grading, and analysis, aiming to achieve objectivity and intelligence in evaluation through AI technology. This measure marks the official extension of artificial intelligence from auxiliary learning to core educational evaluation stages, which is expected to significantly reduce the workload of teachers and improve the accuracy of teaching quality analysis.
