The second annual Sheep Industry Development Conference and the first China Yulin Sheep Industry Expo recently held featured a major scientific and technological achievement - Suwu Smart Sheep Raising Large Model V1.0 (referred to as "Suwu Model"), which was officially launched. The model was independently developed by Professor Chen Yulin's team from Northwest A&F University based on the Qwen3 architecture, becoming the country's first vertical large model covering all categories and the entire chain of the sheep industry.

Professor Chen Yulin introduced that the "Suwu Model" was trained on an independent and controllable innovation platform. Through innovative algorithm architecture, it successfully broke through the bottlenecks in traditional sheep industry data processing, such as scattered data, difficulty in integration, and low analysis efficiency.

The model has established a large-scale data sharing and analysis platform covering major sheep production areas across the country, forming advanced methods including multi-source data fusion, precise knowledge base construction, and intelligent analysis and decision-making. Its core functions include comprehensive domain knowledge question answering, sheep breed identification, sheep behavior analysis, 3D sheep model generation, milk traits analysis of sheep, and sheep breeding analysis, aiming to comprehensively enhance the level of intelligence in China's sheep industry through artificial intelligence technology.
