Korean information and communication technology service provider LG CNS launched the Data Analytics & AI Platform Generative AI (DAP GenAI) on Thursday, a generative artificial intelligence platform designed for commercial use. DAP GenAI aims to provide users with services such as product recommendations, document summarization, and data-based reporting. The setup of this platform begins with selecting a large language model, where users can choose from options like OpenAI's ChatGPT, Google's PaLM2, LG AI Research's EXAONE, and Anthropic's Claude, among others. Additionally, DAP GenAI can create product recommendation AI services by selecting consumer information databases, product search prompts, and LLMs. This means that businesses can share services developed within their company to create derivative services. DAP GenAI also features two key functionalities: AI Prompt and LLMOps. With its newly released DAP GenAI platform, LG CNS will be better equipped to support commercial needs, offering customers more precise recommendations, summaries, and reports.
